There were tensions and quirkiness and different levels of competency, but everyone loved and supported each other and even Jerry/Garry/Larry/Terry got to be mayor in the end (no, YOUR eyes are a bit damp). That P&R could find so much comedy without cruelness or viciousness (occasionally Gerry bashing aside) is what made it my all-time favourite.<br /><br />Huh. There was a ton I could relate to and it was always great watching Leslie push back against all the bureaucracy and be successful most of the time.
